We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Manager in Production Planning & Control. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet operational goals and targets.
  
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including procurement engineering and quality assurance to ensure smooth production flow.
  
• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.
  
• Lead and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
  
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  
• Generate reports and analysis on production performance highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for enhancing production efficiency and reducing costs.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management or related field.
  
• Minimum 10 years experience in production planning and control preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
  
• Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
  
• Certification in production and inventory management (e.g. APICS) is a plus.
  
• Should be able to communicate well and collaborate with all levels of staff.
  
• Must have the ability to motivate and manage teams and drive performance.
