Role Overview:

As a Data Quality Analyst you will play a crucial role in crosschecking and compiling data to ensure alignment with clientspecific requirements. This position demands a high level of attention to detail proficiency in English and the ability to interpret complex instructions.

Your primary responsibilities will involve reviewing and editing documents generated from ETL templates identifying and correcting OCR errors and ensuring that all client stipulations are accurately incorporated into the final deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Download and review ETLgenerated templates ensuring they match the clientprovided specifications.
• Identify and correct OCR (Optical Character Recognition) errors and amendments in claims by comparing the current version with the last filed claims.
• Modify rejection statements to fit the clients specific formatting and phrasing requirements.
• Ensure all cited art is included OCRd and annotated as per client requests.
• Verify the inclusion of company analytics reports in the packet downloading them again if necessary.
• Maintain the highest levels of data quality by making necessary changes and edits to documents and files before reuploading.

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong proficiency in the English language.
• Familiarity with MS Word and Adobe; willingness to be trained if necessary.
• Capable of interpreting complex client instructions and applying them to document reviews.
• Must pass a skill fit test with a score of 95% or above.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
  
• A stable internet connection and your own computer/laptop are required.
