Job Description: Client Services Lead (branding/design)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead client services team in delivering exceptional branding and design solutions
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring client satisfaction
• Create strategic plans and proposals for client projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Provide expert guidance on branding and design strategies
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Design Business or related field
• Proven experience in client services within the branding or design industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problemsolving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment

Desired Experience:

• 612 years of experience in client services specifically in branding and design
• Previous experience leading a team
• Track record of successful project management
