Accounts Payable Specialist - parttime English German or English Serbian

For an internationalmultilingual company located in Prague we are looking for the Accounts Payable Specialist with fluent English and active knowledge of German or Serbian on parttime (6 hours per day).

Tasks

• Transferring all account payable data into the system so that everything is according to internal guidelines and regulations
• Match suppliers invoices to Purchase Orders. Refer discrepancies to Plant Admin
• Check approval of Purchase Orders and post onto the system
• Review and create the supplier form
• Post complete and approved claims to general ledger
• Send details of invoice requirements to suppliers
• Notify Plants when a supplier has been set up on the system
• Review aged creditors report and select invoices due for payment in payment run
• Inform the appropriate Finance Business Partner of planned BACS payments
• Create bank files for payments
• Add approved employee expense claims to next accounts payable run

Requirements

• High school or University degree (economical)
• Previous work experience from an international (SSC) company as Accounts Payable (min. 1 years) is must!
• Fluent written and spoken English German or English Serbian
• MS Office SAP is welcome
• Very good communication skills proclient orientation detail orientated responsibility
