Key Responsibilities:

• Performing surgical procedures on patients including preoperative diagnosis and postoperative care
• Evaluating patients medical histories and determining the most suitable surgical technique
• Collaborating with other medical professionals such as anesthesiologists and nurses to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technologies to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Offering consultations to patients and their families regarding surgical options risks and postsurgery recovery
• Participating in research and staying updated with advances in surgical practices and technologies
• Managing and documenting patient treatment plans and progress accurately and comprehensively
• Adhering to all medical and ethical standards while delivering patient care
• Responding to surgical emergencies and providing timely intervention and treatment
• Participating in hospital and departmental quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of a surgical residency program
• Board certification in general surgery
• Licensure to practice as a surgeon in the state
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in a wide range of surgical procedures
• Exceptional knowledge of surgical techniques instruments and equipment
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
