Job Description:

P99soft is seeking an experienced and detailoriented Senior Software Engineer

QA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong

background in Software Testing with specific expertise in Cypress JavaScript

NodeJS TestRail Postman Jira Functional Testing Regression Testing Manual

Testing Smoke Testing SDLC Test Case Writing STLC Eclipse and User

Acceptance Testing.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project

requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for both

manual and automated testing.

Utilize Cypress JavaScript and NodeJS for effective automation of test

cases.

Perform functional testing regression testing and smoke testing to

ensure the stability and reliability of software products.

Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) to

identify and address quality assurance aspects.

Work closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders

to ensure a high level of product quality.

Utilize TestRail for test case management and reporting.

Employ Postman for API testing and validation.

Log and track defects using Jira providing detailed information for

efficient issue resolution.

Contribute to the creation and improvement of testing processes and

methodologies.

Participate actively in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure alignment

with business requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

4 years of proven experience in Software Testing with a focus on

Cypress.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and NodeJS.

Experience with TestRail for test case management.

Familiarity with Postman for API testing.

Proficient in using Jira for defect tracking and project management.

Solid understanding of functional testing regression testing and manual

testing.

Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.

Experience with Eclipse for code development.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
