Front Desk Representative

We are looking to hire a Front Desk Representative for one of our clients in Piliyandala.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Age between 2025 years of age
• Knowledge in Ms Office package and Computer Literacy
• Excellent communication Skills (Sinhala English and Tamil)
• Good Team player who can work under pressure
• Experience is MS Office and Computer literacy essential.
• Capable of multitasking and willing to work in any position when required be motivated and driven to overcome challenges and achieve result

JOB PROFILE

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities
• Support marketing executives in organizing various task
• Update spreadsheets & databases
• Preparing Files
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens forms paper etc.)
• Receive letters packages etc. and distribute them
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements schedules etc.)
