Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales & Marketing Supervisor to join our clients team. The role entails overseeing and managing sales and marketing activities particularly for new products sourced internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.
2. Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals providing guidance and support to ensure success.
3. Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
4. Cultivate strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and foster new business leads.
5. Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns events and promotions to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.
6. Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate performance identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
7. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated sales and marketing efforts.
8. Stay abreast of industry developments and trends to drive innovation and enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
• 510 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Extensive background in essential oils extracts spices and fragrance manufacturing companies.
• Excellent B2B Sales skills & good exposure to international market experience.
• Proven ability to market products both locally and globally.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with expertise in distribution channel management.
• Effective leadership abilities to inspire and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Willing to be placed in Bogor West Java.
