Director - People And Organization

One of our esteemed clients from the Big4 Consulting is seeking a Director People and Organization to be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

Job Overview:

Within People and Organization Consulting services will provide you with the opportunity to help their clients reset their talent strategies and deliver extraordinary business results through their people. We focus on evaluating and managing their unique challenges so our clients can maximize
their return on the overall investment in human capital. As a Director youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business
issues from strategy to execution.

• Support team to disrupt improve and evolve ways of working when necessary
• Arrange and sponsor appropriate assignments and experiences to help people realize their potential and support their longterm aspirations
• Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions
• Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments
• Create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart
• Promote and encourage others to value difference when working in diverse teams
• Drive and take ownership for developing connections that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders
• Influence and facilitate the creation of longterm relationships which add value to the firm
• Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct

Qualifications:

• 12 14 years of relevant experience of working on human capital problems within a consulting environment ideally with one of the Big 4 firms a HR consultancy or a global strategy house or in a challenging inhouse role
• Excellent organizational skills having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Proven IT skills in the following programs excel word and PowerPoint
• The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project requirements dictate
• Exposure to data gathering techniques and analysis and reporting insights in a clear and effective way is desirable
• Ability to evaluate and manage our clients unique challenges in order to ensure we can maximize their return on the overall investment in human capital
  
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Human Resources Business Administration or Psychology
• The following qualification(s) are preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role CIPD GPHR SHRM or equivalent is preferred
