Aftersales Manager - Poland

As Technical Trainer you will:

• Execute European distributor courses in person and onsite coaching for distributors in Iberia.
  
• Responsible for the process tracking and preparation of course materials.
• Responsible for posttraining course implementation and evaluation of trainees.
• Communicate with overseas technical engineers and collect technical cases to form documents.
• Course development and improvement.
• Assist in the development of training plans.
• Improve your skills knowledge according to the iteration and update of products and technologies.
• Support for skills competitions or other technical activities.
• Other work assigned by the leader.
  
  

Your profile:

• More than 3 years related experience.
• Enthusiasm of New Energy Vehicle and training work.
• Fluent Spanish and other European language is a plus.
• Willing and flexible to travel among European countries and to China.
