Marketing Director- FTC

Were looking for an experienced Marketing Director to design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness of EMJ to Pharma and Healthcare professionals globally.

A fantastic opportunity to support the growth of our Gold Medal Winning marketing team and to deliver on our audience engagement needs in this fast growth multimedia publishing house.

This will be a 1year maternity covercontract.

Expectations

• Oversee our new marketing strategy for both our Pharma and Healthcare audiences(B2b2c)
• Drive engagement and build engaged communities across these audiences
• Devise agree and manage an annual marketing budget
• Mentor train and lead a growing team of marketers
• Establish and manage new marketing partnerships and new business opportunities
• Help create bestpractice ideals backed by data implementing and communicating across the business
• Review changes to the market audience trends and activities of competitors adjusting the plan as required

Experience Required

• Significant senior marketing experience covering the key responsibilities
• Managed teams of more than 6 strong
• Analytical creative thinker comfortable pushing conventional boundaries backed with experience and a Growth Mindset
• Able to motivate and inspire others around you can lead by example as an authority on marketing techniques and best practices
• CIM is advantageous
• BSc/BA in business marketing or communications essential
• Growth mindset always looking for opportunities to develop and improve yourself and your team
• Gold Medal winner mentality

• Salary: Negotiable DOE
• Reports to: Justin Levett Chief Content Officer
• Hours: 8.30am 5pm MonFri
• Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office
