About the company:

Our client is a boutique Software House that offers unique IT products and services tailored to your business needs and requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daytoday maintenance of the application systems in operation including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues.
• Responsibilities also include root cause analysis management communication and client relationship management in partnership.
• Tickets management.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
• Able to work on shift work.
• Experience with troubleshooting API integration in C# and/or SQL.
• Excellent writing skills and good verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin is preferred.
