Project Engineer

Our client is a leading Mediterranean company that services industry. Due to continued growth they have an opening for a Project Engineer. The primary function of this role is to lead and manage projects related to engineering maintenance

We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join us as an engineer with MBA experience and a specific focus on project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects related to engineering maintenance ensuring seamless execution throughout the project stages to meet clients expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects related to maintenance
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives and timelines
• Develop & implement project plans ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints & deadlines
• Monitor project progress identify potential risks or issues & implement corrective actions as needed
• Foster strong relationships with clients stakeholders and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status milestones achieved and upcoming deliverables

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration with a focus on project management preferred.
• Proven experience in engineering maintenance
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in project management software like Jira and methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
