SURVEYOR ASSISTANT / JUNIOR SURVEYOR

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct all Survey and Layout activities as directed
Performs review tasks (QA/QC) for 3D modeling and grading
Maintain track inventory manage and coordinate use of GPS survey and machine control equipment
Conducts topographic and crosssection surveys as required for planning and payment quantities
Documents surveying activities through the use of field notes
Maintains surveying equipment
Coordinates surveying activities with the Survey Manager to meet the construction requirements
Communicates and reinforces the Company vision values and goals
Performs additional assignments per supervisors direction
REQUIREMENTS
Developing understanding of field instrumentation GPS and robotic total stations.
Good cooperative skills in working efficiently with a team.
Good math skills including algebra and trigonometry.
Technical school diploma/certificate in a related program a plus
Valid Drivers License required
