Tasks

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE application.
• Develop functional design documents based on customer needs.
• Create Statement of Works for cost estimation and project planning.
• Conduct customer and requirements workshops.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in solution architecture.
• Participate in the onboarding process and assume responsibility for a customer portfolio.
• Foster innovation within the team and project environment.

Requirements

• 7 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect specializing in Dynamics D365 CE and its predecessor editions.
• Profound understanding of marketing sales service and field service operations.
• Demonstrated track record of advising on business solutions to proactively meet client needs.
• Completed training and ongoing education in business IT or software engineering.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and utilization of DevOps tools such as JIRA.
• Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English and German languages.
• Strong commitment to quality prioritizing customer satisfaction and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Enjoyment of client interaction without the requirement of extensive travel.
