Overview:

The HR Executive intern plays a crucial role in assisting the HR department with various tasks gaining handson experience in human resources processes and practices. This role is essential in supporting the HR team in recruitment employee relations and administrative tasks contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews.
  • Support in onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records updating databases and preparing HR documents.
  • Participate in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
  • Provide assistance in implementing HR policies procedures and programs.
  • Support employee relations activities and assist in addressing employee queries and concerns.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives under the guidance of HR professionals.
  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
  • Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to support departmental projects.
  • Assist in compiling HR reports and presentations for management review.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Keen interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
