Sales Intern German-speaker

We are on a steep growth curve and we are looking for a Sales Intern to support our Sales team. This position is open to residents of Lisbon and Berlin. If interested please send us your most updated CV in English.

Tasks

• Full control of the whole customer sales cycle. Liaise with other teams to maximise your chance of success
• Become proficient with our CRM to manage your pipeline analyse data export reports and build actionable and datadriven plans
• Explore new opportunities for the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion rate
• Become an expert on our portfolio of housing and services
• Learn how to work with activity and output targets to ensure your and your teams success

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
• Fullworking proficiency in English and German is required Portuguese Italian or Spanish is a plus.
• Some international background through work and/or study abroad is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in navigating social media platforms.
• Customerfocused mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.
• Selfaccountable and able to work independently without wellworn paths or established protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and comfortably in a fastpaced environment.
• Passion for real estate shared living and alignment with the Habyt mission.
