About the role

As a Senior Account Manager atBooming Games you will be a vital link between the company and our clients ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will work closely with our sales marketing and product teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. If you are passionate about iGaming and have a proven track record of success in account management we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers
  • Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers
  • Act as the main point of contact within the organization for your customers
  • Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customers business drivers and requirements
  • Continual monitoring of client feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department
  • Represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators
  • Regularly report KPIs and status of accounts to the Team Leaders and Head of Account Management

Requirements

  • Strong experience as Account Manager (B2B) or Casino Manager within the iGaming industry is a must
  • Fluency in English is a must knowledge of any other language is nice to have
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming market
  • Selfstarter and motivated to succeed individual with highly developed social and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to handle difficult clients and the pressure that comes along with it
  • A problem solver proactive approach
  • Ability to cope with a fastpaced complex and rapidly changing environment
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical/numerical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently with very little supervision

  • This fulltime position can be permanent employment in Malta or on a freelance basis for contractors in the other countries
