Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various channels for candidate sourcing such as job boards social media and professional networks.
- Screen and assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct phone video and inperson interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices industry trends and legal requirements.

- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
