Program Manager- SCM

• Minimum qualification Should be a graduate.
• Experience in working in a fastpaced environment is preferred.
• We are hiring for core skills and not specializations.

• Work closely with HODs operations and account teams to ensure the integrity and reliability of our assets contributing to the overall success of our operations.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure efficient utilization and optimization of company assets while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. You should have the ability to influence without authority and do so by using data and facts.
• You should be comfortable with processes and process design/analysis. As a part of this role you will be expected to work closely with different teams to define/ optimize processes to ensure asset security. You should be able to take a complex problem and break it down into smaller digestible chunks.
• Work with the Asset Assurance Head to present findings to CEO and CFO periodically. You should be analytical and be able to justify your decisions and approaches with data
• You are mature and able to function independently with limited guidance.

• 1 Track record of selfdriven and resilient approach to working in a fastpaced highly crossfunctional and ambiguous startup environment.
• Should have a very high degree of ownership act on behalf of the company and never say That s not my job
• Should be able to operate at all levels stay connected to the details audit frequently and be skeptical when metrics and anecdotes differ. No task should be beneath him/her.
• Should have a high bias for action. Should be able to take calculated risks and prioritize speed over perfection.
• Should insist on high standards continually raise the bar and drive their peers to deliver highquality products services and processes. Should ensure that defects do not get sent down the line and that problems are fixed so they stay fixed.
