• Role responsibilities:
• Attending meetings with onboarded merchants.
• Achieving monthly sales revenue and performance targets as set by Head of Department.
• Progressing and reporting towards activity targets and KPIs set by the Head of Department.
• Managing & building a strong partnership for a set of Partners dealing with ToYou.
• Overview Merchants performance with us.
• develop & manage with merchants:
  • plan to increase sales.
  • brand visibility.
  • customers feedback.
  • delivery operation performance & Marketing activities.
• Investigating addressing and timely resolving queries or concerns from customers.
• Role qualifications:
• Demonstrated work experience of 12 years in a sales related role (preferably in ecommerce).
• Fluent in English and Arabic both verbal and written.
• Bachelors degree
• Proficient in MS Office (especially in MS Power Point and MS Excel).
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Good organizational and problemsolving skills.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs and targets.
• Valid drivers license.
