Senior Product Designer - Delivery Hero

We are looking for a highly talented Senior Product Designer to join the team in our HQ Riyadh. Your responsibilities are:

• Develop deep domain knowledge of Quick Commerce and collaborate to solve the toughest problems
• Understanding the problem space through generative research synthesizing insights and running workshops to design a wow customer experience
• Govern a design system in a thoughtful way evaluating and continuously improving the user experience
• Understand the different areas of our product and where HungerStation standards should be applied.
• Create simple elegant solutions to complex interaction problems with high attention to detail and scalability.
• Work with the Product Managers to define your focus areas and contribute to the overall direction of your product area while measuring ongoing improvement
• Get continuous feedback from the users through different stages of the problemsolving process.
• Facilitate crossfunctional collaborative workshops focused on achieving desired outcomes such as generating ideas soliciting feedback and more.
• Use and evolve our design system to design flows prototypes sketches and highfidelity visuals for your features
• Continuously improve design processes knowledge and tools to measurably enhance productivity and product quality.
• Proactively drive cooperation within the design chapter & contribute to fostering collaboration with other departments.
• Regularly present your work to peers stakeholders and leaders for review and feedback.

What you need to be successful

• 5 years as a Product Designer
• Written and spoken Arabic and English are a must
• Experience in a highly agile/scrum environment or KSA based startups
• Experience designing and shipping scalable products for mobile and web
• Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with JIRA Notion is highly preferred
• Familiarity with building design systems is highly preferred
• A degree in Applied Sciences & Arts Computer Science or any relevant field is preferred but not a must
