Were partnering with a leading multinational technology BPO to find a talented IT Helpdesk professional to join their dynamic team in Barcelona. In this role youll be the hero for customer support employees providing topnotch technical assistance and troubleshooting their IT woes

Tasks

  • Be the first line of defense for customer support employees solving their IT problems via phone email chat or selfservice portal.
  • Become an expert in user systems and devices guiding employees through smooth operation.
  • Channel your inner detective! Use root cause analysis and remote access to diagnose and fix IT issues efficiently.
  • Keep things organized categorize and prioritize IT requests within the clients ITSM system (ideally ServiceNow).
  • Be a team player collaborate with internal and external service providers to ensure seamless resolution.

Requirements

  • Speak German professionally and have advanced English communication skills.
  • Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support especially in a large company environment is a plus.
  • Show off your IT knowledge! Expertise in Windows 10 Office 365 MS Teams hardware & software troubleshooting is key.
  • Think logically and strategically to tackle complex IT issues.
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing systems (ideally ServiceNow) is a big advantage.
  • Understanding of ITIL V4 processes is a bonus.
  • Be a customer service champion with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Work methodically and efficiently.
  • Embrace learning and development well help you grow!
