Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Legal Associate with a fresh Chartered Accountancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance banking and accounting knowledge coupled with a keen interest in law and legal drafting. This role will primarily focus on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016 the SARFESAI Act Corporate Matters Company Law Banking laws and Regulations the SEBI Act etc.

Requirements:

Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification.

• Good understanding of accounting principles financial statements and banking operations.
• Knowledge of corporate laws company law matters banking laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016 and its implications.
• Analytical skills with the ability to conduct legal research and interpret complex regulations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Detailoriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality in work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Prior internship or work experience in a legal or corporate environment would be advantageous.
