IPR Associate Intellectual Property Rights Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patent trademark and copyright searches and analyses
  
• Assisting with the preparation and filing of patent trademark and copyright applications
  
• Managing intellectual property portfolios including maintaining accurate records and deadlines
  
• Conducting intellectual property due diligence for business transactions
  
• Assisting with the enforcement of intellectual property rights including drafting cease and desist letters and responding to infringement allegations
  
• Supporting intellectual property litigation efforts including document review and preparation of legal documents
  
• Keeping abreast of developments in intellectual property law and regulations
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Law Intellectual Property or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  
• Previous experience working in intellectual property law preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department
  
• Strong understanding of patent trademark and copyright law and procedures
  
• Excellent research and analytical skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in legal research tools and databases
