What Youll Do:

As a Project Coordinator focused on translation and localization projects your primary role will be to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of projects. Youll be the linchpin between our clients and the translation team making sure that the projects meet our high standards and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of translation and localization projects ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Liaise between clients and the translation team communicating requirements and feedback effectively.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets addressing any issues that may arise during the project execution.
• Collaborate with various departments such as sales marketing and translation to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Maintain detailed records of project specifications timelines and billing information.
• Provide postproject analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future projects.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Excellent command of English both written and verbal with outstanding communication skills.
• 01 ofexperience in project coordination preferably within the translation localization or related industries.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highpressure environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a problemsolving mindset.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
