Senior Data Scientist

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive improvements in the CPG supply chain.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to optimize inventory management demand forecasting and supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze large datasets from various sources including sales distribution and production to identify trends patterns and actionable insights.
• Design and implement datadriven solutions to address key business challenges in the CPG industry such as demand variability inventory optimization and supply chain disruptions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through data visualization presentations and reports.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science machine learning and CPG industry trends to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.
• Solutioning from vague business problem to data analytics solution and joining the dots across projects
• Extensive background in data ingestion / data modeling and data architecture preferably on the Azure Stack.

• Bachelor s degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field. Advanced degree preferred and an ideal experience of 6 years in the industry.
• 4 years of experience in data science with a focus on Supply Chain Analytics or related fields within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or SQL for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
• Experience working with largescale datasets and data manipulation tools such as Pandas NumPy or Spark.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and metrics in the CPG industry including demand forecasting inventory management and logistics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Azure (Preferred) AWS / GCP.
• Willing to commute to client sites in Slough or Paddington 23 times weekly.
