Quality Control Officer

• Conduct thorough inspections of furniture production at various stages of the manufacturing process including quality checks on raw materials delivered to the factory inprocess components and finished goods.
  
• Identify machinerelated quality output issues and collaborate with the engineering team to rectify them.
  
• Supervise the wrapping and loading process of furniture items to ensure strict adherence to all protective measures guaranteeing the safe delivery of items to the designated site.
  
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to identify defects inconsistencies or deviations from specifications.
  
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
  
• Document and maintain detailed records of quality inspections test results and corrective actions taken.
  
• Monitor and analyze product defect trends to identify causes and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  
• Conduct training sessions for production staff on quality control standards procedures and best practices.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including production managers to address qualityrelated concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends technological advancements and best practices in quality control and incorporate relevant insights into our processes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering manufacturing quality management or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
  
• Familiarity with technical drawings and cutting lists would be advantageous.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
  
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality and consistency.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in using software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
