Product Owner

DBServices helps to design develop and support digital platforms for large and midsized companies in ITC Banking Retail Government Health and other industries in Europe and Americas.

Tasks

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document system requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture and validate requirements.
• Decompose requirements into user stories and detailed tasks.
• Prioritize and manage the requirements backlog efficiently.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding and highquality solutions.
• Ensure delivery of solutions meets quality standards and agreed specifications.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Proactively identify and resolve requirement conflicts or information gaps.
• Support the implementation of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst or similar role.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum Kanban and XP.
• Familiarity with requirement management tools like Jira Trello or Asana.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices including continuous integration continuous delivery and test automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and dynamic environments.
• Strong results orientation and ability to creatively solve problems.
• Certification in business analysis or agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of WMS processes and SILT tool (Senior Systems) is a plus.
