Patient Services Specialist PMG SW Cardiology Associates This role will be a part of Centralized Staffing at Providence SW working on a contract role with the Cardiology clinic. They are looking for 3 PSS contractors to start ASAP to help with answering incoming calls and responding to patient requests. Hours of operation are Monday Friday 8:30am5pm but could accommodate 8am4:30pm no weekends or holidays Must Haves: Must have previous PSS type experience in a healthcare setting EPIC exp is needed This clinic may have days where they dont need PSS coverage and if that occurs centralized staffing will deploy this PSS to other clinics to help out. Must be flexible!
