• Establish and manage the stone mining project specifically focusing on marble and granite.
• Identify suitable locations for stone mining operations and oversee exploration activities.
• Direct the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to mining standards and regulations.
• Utilize knowledge of mining and mine planning software for effective project execution.
• Oversee daily business operations in line with company policies and practices.
• Maintain cost awareness across operations and implement mitigation strategies where necessary.
• Seek and assess growth opportunities to ensure longterm sustainability and profitability.
• Understand market dynamics and leverage company assets to maximize ROI.
• Ensure compliance with operational mining regulations on a regular basis.

• Bachelors degree in mining or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the mining sector with a focus on stone mining of marble and granite.
• Proficiency in mining laws plant setup mine planning and analysis financial management and mining operations.
• Willingness to travel as required for project management and exploration activities.
