The Core Deliverables

To translate creative ideas into slick communications under guidance of an art director

Turning visuals into artwork

Design web screens for campaigns ready for build

Translate approved designs into artwork

Project management

Add to the creative culture of the agency

Your Skills & Knowledge

Digital Design:

Digital design knowledge (Microsites emails social)

Able to use one of the following: XD Sketch or Figma

Basic understanding of UI/UX

Print Design:

Setting up jobs for print (bleed cutter guides liaising with printers)

Expert Knowledge of Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign

Video:

Basic knowledge of After Effects (enough to make changes to existing projects)

45 years experience in an agency environment; or similar fast paced multiproject deadline driven environment

Show a passion for composition and typography

Has experience working within a project team and working to team/client briefs for creative work in accordance with the project timeframes

Experience of working in unpredictable fast environment

Can plan personal responsibilities and tasks and effectively deal with unplanned changes to tasks and workloads

Can produce work for several campaigns at any one time and ensures that work is delivered to the teams satisfaction
