Your impact:

As our Laboratory Quality Manager youll oversee the implementation of our laboratory quality system ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards. Your role will involve maintaining UKAS accreditation enhancing quality control and driving research initiatives for process improvement.

The job:

• Maintaining UKAS accreditation and compliance with ISO 17025.
• Conducting equipment checks and calibration.
• Organising internal audits and quality assurance of laboratory data.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and geotechnical engineers.
• Providing technical support and guidance.
• Implementing procedures for sample handling and storage.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The person:

• Minimum degree in a relevant discipline.
• Essential experience in a qualitybased role.
• Preferred experience in a UKAS accredited geotechnical laboratory.
• Desirable experience using geotechnical data analytics software.
