Solar Deign Manager

• Manage the whole Solar PV system and electrical design process including site evaluation drawings and technical proposals.
  
• Manage a group of engineers and designers.
  
• Upholding technical norms and design concepts to ensure outstanding performance security and creativity in programs.
  
• Be involved in the investigation and growth of innovative renewable energy technology.
  
• Create a solar PV system design such as an electricity and control circuit chart switchboard control panel and connect routing schedule.
  
• Perform a website examine to ensure an affordable and compliant renewable energy system for customers.
  
• Provide technical advice based on site conditions.
  
• Collaborate with Sales Project Quantity Surveyor Procurement and Licensing teams to guarantee timely completion of the project.
  

Requirements

• Candidates must hold a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering (Major in Power) or equivalent.
  
• At least ten years of relevant job experience.
  
• Experience in the solar energy industry will be an advantage.
  
• Proficiency in Autocad/Google Sketchup is required.
  
• Experience with alternative solar design tools (PVsyst/Helioscope) is an advantage.
  
• Proven engineering leadership experience in design and management domains.
  
• Capable of meeting deadlines under tight schedules.
  
• Demonstrates independence initiative responsibility and commitment.
  
• Have own transportation and willing to travel.
