Junior Technical Consultant-Sales Customer Care

1. Greet customers warmly and courteously assist them.
2. Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about available automobiles and sales promotions.
3. Guide customers through the sales process including test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
4. Handle inquiries via phone email and inperson interactions promptly and professionally.
5. Maintain knowledge of product features specifications and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
6. Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
7. Address customer concerns and resolve complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention.
8. Follow up with customers postsale to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
9. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently adhering to company policies and procedures.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.

1. Bachelors Running.
2. Minimum 6 months of experience in relevant field.
3. Must have a valid driving license and twowheeler on their own.
