Are you ready to propel your career with one of the leading FX firms globally Our client renowned for their international presence across 20 countries from their London headquarters is seeking a dynamic Business Developer to join their team. Specialising in FX risk management trade finance currency accounts international payments and API integration our client offers a diverse range of products.

As a Business Developer youll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client by ensuring an exceptional experience for new customers. Supported by experienced Heads of Desk who understand the nuances of the role youll have the guidance needed to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and qualify potential clients to cultivate a robust database of leads.
  • Engage with Clevel executives from various industries via phone communication.
  • Deepen your understanding of clients businesses to identify their core challenges and effectively articulate how our solutions can address their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to craft and deliver tailored FX solutions gradually developing the ability to create these solutions independently.


Requirements


About you:

  • You possess prior experience in a B2B or clientfacing capacity.
  • Fluent English proficiency is a must.
  • Your curiosity extends to the financial markets reflecting a keen interest.

  • You adapt readily to change and operate with a sense of urgency in line with the dynamic culture.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Requirements Competencies: A collaborative team player, approachable, self-efficient and influences a positive work environment. Demonstrates curiosity. Resilient in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Excels at building relationships, networking and influencing others. Strategic collaborator with insight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuring operational effectiveness. Skills and Experience: Previous experience of between 2-3 years in FX Sales. Strong pricing and structuring capabilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and highly adaptable. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate and simplify complex processes. Good knowledge of FX derivatives. Ability to multi-task and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills, foreign languages a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
