They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the food & beverage department.
• Manage staff rosters stock control and inventory management.
• Supervise and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service standards acorss the whole site.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster positive guest experiences.
• Contribute to recruitment training and development initiatives.
• Implement effective stock management practices to minimise wastage and optimise profitability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable moments for guests.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and payroll management.
• Hold a Level 2 food safety qualification.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends between 8 am 8 pm.
