HR Generalist

JOB SUMMARY:The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions which include recruitment and placement employee relation records management and administrative task.

Your roles: The HR Generalist is responsible for the following facets:

• Learning and Development
• Administrative

Your qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology Human Resource Management Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Proven work experience as an HR Generalist.
• Excellent knowledge of all legal requirements.
• Extensive knowledge in Organizational Development and Philippine Labor Law.
• With proven skills in Talent Management Talent Retention Performance Management Learning and Development Organizational Development and Succession Planning.
• With competence to effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including but not limited to analysis interpretation reasoning and presentation).
• Amenable to working onsite in Pasig City.
• CAN START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
