Dutch or Flemish Customer Support Agent

Your role

• As a customer support agent you are responsible for a good relationship between you and the customer.
• With your voice and a nice offer you put a smile on the face of the customer.
• You love to help people solve their problems and provide a suitable solution to the customers.
• Helping and advising the customer where necessary.

Profile

• Good oral and written knowledge (B2 level) of the Dutch or Flemish language.
• You learn quickly you are good at multitasking and you can react quickly and adequately.
• Proven skills in interpersonal communication.
• Serviceoriented trait; kindness should be second nature to you.
• Has a pleasant telephone voice.
• Loves competition and preferably likes to win.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience as a call agent is not a must but it is an extra asset.
