Job Title: Marketing Administrator/ Accounts Receivable

Pay Rate Range: $28 $45/hour depending on experience

Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: 5:30am 6am start (8hour shift) Monday through Friday

Location: Kent WA

In office no hybrid or remote possibilities.

Job Description

This individual works closely with customers and internal personnel and will manage and
resolve technical issues in limited scope and contractual problems on both new and recurring programs while maintaining business relationships with customers.

Preferred experience: Office/administrative task focused. Detail orientated. Aerospace knowledge would be great.
They will be supporting the daytoday activities (AR collection inputting invoice information into customer portals sale price variance reports order creation following up on quotes quote file creation and entry into the system red file creation pulling information from customer portals and other duties as assigned)

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Represent the company effectively in situations requiring sound judgment initiative and discretion.
  • Resolve problems independently within guidelines.
  • Manage multiple project tasks.
  • Prepare and transmit correspondence of contractual and technical nature to customer and to company departments.
  • Support program managers with technical issues within limited scope.
  • Tracks performance maintains and monitors customer metrics and reports results.
  • Acknowledge purchase orders and amendments for new orders and others as assigned.
  • Identifies risks associated with contractual terms and conditions and develops proposes and coordinates for internal review.
  • Negotiate contract changes within established guidelines.
  • Support longterm contract negotiations and assist program managers with proposal preparation.
  • Provide change quotations and information regarding delivery and status on new jobs to customers.
  • Recognize potential sales opportunities and pass them on to Program Managers for follow up.
  • Handles and communicates Accounts Receivables issues directly with the customer in support of Finance.


Qualifications

  • This is a nonsupervisory position requiring a Bachelors degree or having equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent organizational verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Attention to details and accuracy are position critical.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions in a team environment is required.
  • Computer skills and knowledge are a prerequisite.
