Interior Designer

• Undertake design projects from concept to completion.
  
• Monitor and implement projects to ensure quality of workmanship timeliness compliance with technical and safety requirements and adherence to client s requirements.
  
• Prepare tender documents including drafting of contracts evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders and awarding of procurement contracts.
  
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  
• Make site visits to check on project status and report on project.
  
• Outline and determine resource requirements of respective projects
  
• Constantly research new and innovative designs industry trends and best practices.
  
• Participate in design review presentations to Management to gain approval to proceed with said design.
  
• Maintain good rapport with suppliers client consultants and architect contractors.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Interior Design Architecture with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  
• Must be able to understand and read design and technical drawings.
  
• Selfmotivated and result orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Able to read write and speak Mandarin an advantage.
  
• Willing to travel.
