Tasks
- Manage the directors calendar and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails and phone calls
- Prepare reports presentations and other documents as needed
- Coordinate meetings and events including logistics and catering
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the director and other team members
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in administrative support roles preferred
