Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses.
• Follow routes and time schedules.
• Load unload prepare inspect and operate delivery vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety standards and traffic laws.
• Collect payments and handle packages appropriately.
• Document and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Assist in the sorting and preparation of deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers as needed.
• Track and report working hours.
• Handle fragile items with care to prevent damage.
• Follow procedures and protocols for efficient delivery.
• Handle returns and exchanges when necessary.
• Resolve any deliveryrelated problems in a professional manner.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or relevant position.
• Good driving and navigation skills.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and remain physically active.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Reliability and punctuality in meeting delivery deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to different delivery requirements and challenges.
• Basic math and cash handling skills for transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and locations.
• Good understanding of using GPS or navigation apps.
