Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction visuals and experience.
• Develop new userfacing features using React.js
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
• Translating designs and wireframes into highquality code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of webcapable devices and browsers.
• Design and implement backend applications using Node.js and Express.
• Develop and manage wellfunctioning databases and applications.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Implement security and data protection.
• Work with the team to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
• Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze design and ship new features.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Extensive experience with React and its core principles.
• Familiarity with serverside languages such as Node.js and frameworks like Express.
• Experience with NoSQL databases specifically MongoDB.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization between multiple systems servers and environments.
• Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.
• Experience with common frontend development tools such as Babel Webpack NPM etc.
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
