Physical Therapy Receptionist

Cadence Physical Therapy Co in Buffalo Grove IL is actively seeking a dedicated fulltime Patient Care Coordinator / Receptionist to join our expanding outpatient physical therapy practice.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming patients upon their arrival
• Managing phone calls
• Scheduling appointments for patients
• Ensuring patient adherence to scheduled appointments
• Collecting payments from patients
• Overseeing our call log
• Handling new patient intake and communication
• Preparing weekly reports
• Keeping the front office and waiting area tidy
• Explaining benefits to newly evaluated patients
• Assisting patients through the sales process to ensure they are fully signed up for care
• Scheduling followup appointments postevaluation
• Managing patient billing including accurate collection of patient dues
• Performing data entry tasks with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and basic data entry skills
• Filing insurance claims

This is a fulltime salaried position offering additional benefits. It requires availability for 8hour workdays. Our operating hours are Monday Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am to 4:30 pm and Tuesday / Thursday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
