Evo Resources is currently seeking a Business Development Management for its clientHyperflo a leading manufacturer of mining and tunnel fans fan automation and accessories forits Canadian and worldwide market.

As a senior business developer at Hyperflo you play a crucial role in the fastpaced innovative Industrial Fans industry. As one of the top groundbreaking service companies in Canada Hyperflo offers an enjoyable and comfortable work environment for its sales representatives. As an ambassador you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers internationally and locally. By building trust and providing support you ensure that new prospects will lead to future sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain as well as customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Identify client objectives and promote the companys products/services accordingly.
  • Prepare sales contracts following lawestablished rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support.
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Work with the Director of Sales and Ownership team to develop and implement market plans.

Personality:

As an outside sales representative it is crucial to have a good phone presence and be comfortable initiating conversations. As well as being social and positive outside sales representatives must also be selfstarters and proactive problem solvers since no day is the same and the workplace setting is always changing.

In addition to education and experience Hyperflos outside sales representatives must possess a few key skills. Our top expectations are as follows:

Key Characteristics:

  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience as a business development manager sales executive or other relevant position.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish. French knowledge is anasset.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel Word PowerPoint).

Education:

Senior Business Developers should possess a bachelors degree or college diploma in marketing business economics communications or equivalent experience that demonstrates customer engagement expertise. Diplomas or degrees in Mining Mechanical Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering will be strongly considered.
