The primary role involves ensuring the peak performance and reliability of a broad spectrum of diesel engines adhering to the highest standards of operational efficiency and safety.

Applicant Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Diesel Motor Mechanic field.
• Required to provide evidence of previous employment including pay stubs employment contracts a valid passport and police clearance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed diagnostics to identify faults and issues within diesel engines.
• Conduct regular maintenance and servicing tasks to prevent breakdowns and enhance engine longevity.
• Repair or replace defective or worn parts using a comprehensive range of tools and equipment including precision instruments and welding gear.
• Ensure engines are calibrated and adjusted to meet superior operational efficiency standards.
• Fabricate necessary metal parts as required.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all engines serviced and repairs undertaken.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and standards during all maintenance and repair operations
• Collaborate closely with management to plan and prioritize maintenance and repair activities efficiently.
• Stay informed of the latest developments and technological advancements in diesel engine technology.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' direct experience in diesel engine maintenance and repair.
• Relevant technical certificates or training in diesel engine repair or related fields.
• Physical fitness and capability to undertake manual tasks.
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written to ensure clear and effective communication with team members and clients.
