Roles
- Understanding the visual language of assigned brands and creating content based on the content from the Strategy team
- Ideating and designing visually appealing and smart content for brands that is engaging and adheres to brand guidelines
- Using your added design capabilities to conceptualise and create engaging content for brands
- Creating the visual language for and setting design tonality of new brands and projects
- Giving design direction and feedback to Junior Designers and helping them understand core concepts and brand design language better
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in graphic designing with a expertise in illustrations motion graphics animation or any other additional aspect of design
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop) with a strong grasp over the fundamentals of design (colour composition shadows layouting typography icongraphy etc.) Must have knowledge of UI/UX Design After effect and Video Editing.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand and explain themselves to other team members and work with them towards creative execution
- Displayed ability to lead a team and guide fellow designers getting them to adhere to design guidelines and create better content
