Responsibilities:
Handle Walkin and Telephonic Enquiries:
Greet and assist walkin visitors with inquiries about courses.
Professionally handle incoming telephone calls providing information and guidance as needed.
Build Rapport with Existing Students:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with current students.
Regularly engage with them to understand their needs and interests in new courses.
Utilize rapport to encourage enrolment in additional courses.
Lead Management:
Efficiently manage leads received through various channels.
Keep track of lead details and follow up at appropriate intervals.
Ensure all leads are entered into the CRM system accurately and promptly.
Lead Conversion:
Utilize effective communication and persuasion techniques to convert leads into prospects.
Provide detailed information about course offerings benefits and career prospects.
Address any concerns or objections potential students may have.
Daily Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of leads and their status in the conversion process.
Prepare daily reports summarizing lead activities conversions and any notable trends.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve conversion rates.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve enrollment targets.
Share best practices and contribute ideas for improving lead generation and conversion strategies.
Support colleagues when needed to ensure overall team success.
Coordination with Trainers:
Liaise with trainers to understand course schedules and availability.
Coordinate student enrollment with trainers ensuring smooth batch allocation.
Address any student concerns or requirements with trainers promptly.
Coordination with Digital Marketing Team:
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align messaging and strategies.
Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in generating leads.
Suggest strategies for increasing lead generation through digital channels.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education Psychology Counseling).
Proven experience in sales customer service or counseling roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of educational programs and career development concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
Note: This role requires a blend of sales counseling and administrative skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive and customerfocused approach is essential for success in this position.
