Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced R&D Head to lead our research and development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and a proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market. As the R&D Head you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companys research and development efforts and driving innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the research and development team providing guidance mentorship and support to ensure the teams success

Develop and implement R&D strategies that align with the companys overall goals and objectives

Identify new product opportunities and lead the development process from concept to launch

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and operations to ensure product success

Manage the R&D budget and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity

Stay uptodate with industry developments and advancements in technology to inform product development decisions

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards for product development and launch

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D team

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Masters degree preferred)

Minimum of 8 years of experience in research and development with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of successfully launching new products to market

Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies

Excellent project management communication and leadership skills

Ability to think strategically and make datadriven decisions

Experience in the HR consulting industry is a plus
